Distributed energy development company, Rolton Kilbride, is currently preparing a planning application to Swindon Borough Council to develop the facility at Keypoint, Swindon, on behalf of Legal & General Property (LGP).

The project is a collaboration between site owners, LGP, and energy specialists, Rolton Kilbride, who have been brought in by LGP to develop and manage the site. Recognising the significant impact that the implementation of green initiatives can have upon the built environment, LGP aspires to be at the leading edge of the sustainability agenda, placing it at the centre of all investment decisions and its working culture.

Rolton Kilbride is a privately owned developer of Renewable Energy Centres. Rolton Kilbride is also working with a set of highly specialised technology partners and advisers who have extensive experience in the fields of energy generation, gasification and the use of modern environmental technology.

The senior management team have successful, established track records in infrastructure and energy, having worked in this field over many years. They have significant experience in developing Energy from Waste plants, Anaerobic Digestion plants and large scale solar and wind installations.
